Financial Information. Customers who choose to order by phone/fax/email will be required to divulge a certain amount of personal and financial information for the order to be processed. We do not keep a record of your financial details other than to deal with the enquiry at hand. Do not send your financial details by email, we will contact you by phone. We securely retain your contact information but destroy all financial details once your order has been completed, we may therefore ask you to repeat this information if you request a refund. Online payments are handled directly by Paypal using their secure SSL 128 bit encryption system, in these circumstances we do not see any of your financial details.

VAT is not included in the advertised prices and will be added at the current rate.
